In order to better serve you, we appreciate hearing about any problems you experience while visiting our site. Please send an email to help@reikialliance.com describing the problem to our technical support team. Let us know what web browser software you're using, and what you were trying to do when the problem occurred. We'll have a website team member attend to your email as soon as possible, and you will receive a response within 24 to 72 hours depending on when you have emailed.
Lost/Forgotten Password
If you are a Reiki Alliance member trying to log in to the site and you have forgotten your password, please follow the "Forgot your password?" link at the bottom of the login form.
From the "Forgotten Password" screen, resetting your password is a two-step process:
- Submit the email address associated with your account and wait for an email from the Reiki Alliance website.
- When the email arrives, click on the link in it and the system will reset your password and send the new password to you in a second email.
Note: The link in the first email expires after 24 hours. If more than a day has passed since you requested password assistance, you will need to start again at the "Forgot your password?" screen.
